Franchetti S.p.A.: copyright deposited for the proprietary software SIDECHECK©

Based on embedding algorithms and neural networks, the software automates mandatory controls and inspection processes of mobility infrastructures.

Franchetti S.p.A. (“Franchetti” or the “Company” or the “Group”, Ticker BIT: FCH), company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and head of the multinational software development and engineering design group of the same name, pioneer in planning, diagnosis and therapy of interventions aimed at safety and predictive programming of maintenance activities on infrastructure network structures, in particular bridges and viaducts, announces that it has deposited the code of the proprietary software SIDECHECK© with SIAE. In light of the deposit, Franchetti S.p.A. will be able to offer its customers the SIDECHECK© software thanks to the level of security obtained from the copyright certification, which protects the software from any reproduction attempts.
 
SIDECHECK© joins Argan© and Pathwork© in the Franchetti software suite for the sustainable and secure management of infrastructure networks.

What is SIDECHECK© - A software of absolute importance for managers of infrastructure assets for the purposes of the suitability and uniformity of evaluation of the activities and inspection processes, in particular those for the mobility, in compliance with the inspection regulations, according to the terms and criteria established by the countries in which they operate, by the rules of the sector as well as by contractual obligations. In fact, every year, managers of mobility infrastructures such as bridges, viaducts and tunnels must implement numerous controls and activities in order to fulfill regulatory and contractual obligations with the granting authority. Among the obligations, for example, are the inspection of bridges and viaducts with pre-established periodicities and the resolution of any critical issues found within a pre-established period. All activities that require rigorous control as well as continuous updating of data and information depending on when they are made available. A work that must clearly be supported by digital tools that can make the process more efficient and safer: for this reason Franchetti S.p.A. has developed SIDECHECK®, a new software based on embedding algorithms and neural networks capable of comparing the data collected relating to inspections, inspectors, planning, work estimates to make the evaluation process as objective and complete as possible in the time, space and between the different actors involved.
