Paolo Franchetti

CEO and Partner

 

Experienced civil engineer, specialized in the dynamics of existing and monument structures.


Responsible of assessing the actual condition of infrastructures through experimental dynamic tests, he evaluates the safety of existing structures and also establishes the criteria for the construction and strengthening of structures in seismic areas.


He is also a member of the Study Commission for the Port of Venice and of the Commission for the Evaluation of Maritime Traffic of the Giudecca Canal and regularly works as Associate Professor at the University of Padua.

Michele Frizzarin

Research and Development Director, Partner

 

Structural engineer specialized in the field of analysis and verification of existing structures, he conducts inspection and structural analysis of concrete, steel and masonry infrastructures as well as historic and monument buildings.

 

He deepened his training in the study of the structures dynamic and seismic behavior.


Rony Hamaui

 

Rony Hamaui was born in Cairo (Egypt) on November 22, 1953. Graduated from Bocconi University in Milan in 1978, he obtained a Master of Science in Economics in 1980 at the London School of Economics and Political Science. As of the Admission Document Date, he is adjunct professor at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, general secretary of Assbb (Association for Bank and Stock Exchange Studies), sole director of Airosh S.p.a.s, Vice President of the Cdec (Centro di Contemporary Jewish Documentation), Past President of Assifact (Italian Association for Factoring). He has held numerous positions at the Intesa Sanpaolo group, such as General Manager of Mediocredito Italiano, Chief Executive Officer of Mediofactoring, Head of Financial Institutions and of the Studies Service of the Italian Commercial Bank as well as contract professor at the University of Bergamo and Bocconi University.



Stefano Granati

 

Stefano Granati was born in Rome on 24 March 1955. In 1977 he graduated in Economics and Commerce from the La Sapienza University of Rome. He was a professor of business administration at the Academy of the Guardia di Finanza from 1979 to 1983.

He has been a chartered accountant since 1982 and registered in the register of auditors.

From 1979 to 1983 he was Auditor, Senior and Supervisor at Ernst & Young. From 1985 to 1987 he was Deputy Central Director of Planning and Finance at Autostrade S.p.A .; at the same company, from 1987 to 1988 he held the position of Central Programming and Finance Co-Director and, finally, from 1988 to 1996 the position of Central Director of Planning and Finance.

From 2017 to 2022 he was Senior Executive Network Development Abroad of Anas S.p.A .; from 2020 to 2022 he was also coordinator of the reorganization of the investments in the Italian and foreign toll granting companies of the Anas Group.

He has held and holds positions on the boards of directors of leading companies and entities, national and non, operating in the road infrastructure sector such as concessionaires and transport such as, for example, Groupement Européen d'Interet Economique (Groupement d'Exploitation du Tunnel du Frejus), Autostrade Finance (Luxembourg Financial Company of the Autostrade Group), Autostrade International, Autostrade U.K., Autostrade International Virginia, Midland Expressway Limited (Motorway concessions in USA-Virginia and in UK-Birmingham), Strait of Messina S.p.A., Anas International Enterprise S.p.A., Anas S.p.A., Institutional and Corporate Banking Concessions of the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc. Remy Cohen

 

Remy Cohen was born in Alexandria in Egypt on 20 October 1947. In 1977 he graduated in Political Economy from the Bocconi University in Milan. Subsequently, he attended the course of study in the field of monitarian policy at the University of Rochester (Rochester N.Y.) as a "Stringher" fellow of the Bank of Italy and the "Corporate banking" program at the Insead of Paris.

He was a consultant at Banca Commerciale Italiana (in the Research Department and for the General Manager).

From 1975 to 1978 he held the position of economist in the International Monetary Fund in Washington (USA).

From 1978 to 1991 he was Senior Executive Vice President of Euromobiliare S.p.A., coordinating the activities of the investment and commercial banking area of ​​the Euromobiliare Group and from 1991 to 1993 he was General Manager and Head of Project Financing and international strategies of Recchi Finanziaria S.p.A.

(Milan / Turin). Finally, from 1994 to 2002 he carried out investment banking consultancy activities with particular focus in the infrastructure sector for Bear Stearns & Co., following projects (for roads, bridges and hydroelectric plants) in Latin America, USA, Eastern Europe, Far East. East and Italy.

He holds and has held administrative positions in national and non-national companies, in the financial consulting and infrastructure sectors and in investment companies. Since 2014 he is Senior Advisor of Deloitte Infrastructure and Capital Project Italia for the development of infrastructures and Project Financing in Italy.

He is a research fellow at the University of Tel Aviv and Professor of International Finance at the LUM University of Bari. From 2000 to 2018 he was also a professor of corporate finance (project financing and infrastructure finance) at the SDA of the Bocconi University of Milan.

Federico Caprin 

 

Federico Caprin was born in Vicenza on December 14, 1961. In 1986 he graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Venice.

He has been a chartered accountant since 1991. From 1995 to 1998 he was Vice President with responsibility for the budget of the IPAB Istituto Salvi in ​​Vicenza. From 1996 to 1999 he was a member of the board of auditors of the Municipality of Creazzo. From 1991 to 1999 he worked as an auditor and as head of the operations team for Ernst & Young S.p.A..

He has many years of experience in tax, accounting, financial and corporate consultancy, as well as as an expert and bankruptcy trustee. He has held and holds positions as statutory auditor, statutory auditor, liquidator and director of joint-stock companies in the industrial sector.



Luigi Solinas

 

Luigi Solinas was born in Thiene (VI) on 7 February 1984. In 2007 he graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Verona; subsequently, in 2010, he obtained a degree in Business Economics and Law at the same University.

He has been a chartered accountant since 2015. Since 2014 he has been working for a well-known accounting firm located in Vicenza, mainly dealing with: preparation of statutory financial statements for joint-stock companies, bookkeeping for companies and self-employed workers, business and tax consultancy, budgeting and simulations of forecast financial plans, corporate consultancy for extraordinary transactions.

He holds the position of member of the board of statutory auditors, also with statutory auditing functions, in joint-stock companies in the industrial and transport sectors.



Sonia Poletto

 

Sonia Poletto was born in Vicenza on 20 September 1982. In 2006 she graduated in Economics and Law from the University of Padua.

She is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor since 2010. She is also registered in the list of arbitrators at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Vicenza, as well as in the list of bankruptcy trustees, commissioners and judicial liquidators of the Court of Vicenza.

From 2013 to 2018 she was the councilor for the budget of the Municipality of Castelgomberto. You have been practicing as a chartered accountant, since 2019, as a partner of the G. & G. Associated Accountants of Vicenza. You have gained significant experience in corporate consultancy for ordinary and extraordinary transactions and in particular carry out valuations of company complexes, shares and / or corporate quotas, both for acquisition or investment transactions, as well as for mergers, contributions or transfers.

Since 2015 she has been a member of the editorial board of the magazine Fallimenti e Società.it. Since 2017 you have been a member of the Study Commission for bankruptcy and real estate executions of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Vicenza and a member of the Study Commission for tax assessment and litigation.

Alberto Signorini

 

Alberto Signorini was born in Vicenza on November 4, 1978. In 2005 he graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Verona. Subsequently, in 2013, he obtained a master's degree in VAT and professional practice.

He has been a chartered accountant since 2009 and an auditor since 2010. Since 2005 he has been working as a collaborator at the G & G Accounting Associates of Vicenza and, since 2019, as an associate. He has developed many years of experience in corporate and tax consultancy, and in particular in the field of corporate reorganization and national and transnational acquisitions, also for companies belonging to international groups in the telecommunications, hotel and logistics machinery manufacturing sectors.

Since 2010 he has been a member of the Study Commission for Indirect Taxes and VAT established at the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Vicenza. He has been a speaker for training conferences on accounting matters.

He holds and has held positions as director and liquidator of industrial, commercial and financial companies..


Alessandro Prandin

 

Alessandro Prandin was born in Vicenza on November 24, 1984. In 2008 he graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Verona and, subsequently, in 2010, a degree in Economics and Legislation from the same University.

He has been a chartered accountant and auditor since 2015. Since 2011 he has been working as a collaborator at the G&G Accountants Associates of Vicenza, and in particular ordinary and extraordinary corporate consultancy, bookkeeping, preparation of arrangements with creditors and business plans.

He holds and has held the position of statutory auditor and statutory auditor at Italian joint-stock companies in the industrial sector.
